An account was opened at Foschini using my details, I only realized when I was sent an sms to collect my vouchers. I called in to tell them I knew nothing about it and was told to provide them with 3 months bank statement, proof of residence, I.D. and affidavit, which I emailed and called in to check their delivery. I also reported the matter to Transunion. Now 2 months later I'm getting calls and letters stating that my so called account is in arrears and I must pay. I expected an update on what action is being taken and not letters of demand! It took these a day to open and use up the account but it has to take me more than 2 months to get some sort of feedback from you? This is not how business is done! And your call center needs agents who are more informative and know what is happening! If this is the only way to get feedback from you then I will use it.
