First delivery disappointment but Joy thereafte

I received my first online order delivery and unfortunately, the bananas were expiring on the same as I had received them. I contact woolworths via twitter and not long after that Nancy called me. She was wonderful and apologised and even offered to make up for it. This is just to let Nancy Zitho know that you are truly an asset to Wooloworths and it is because of you that I will continue to purchase online from you guys. This is the service I expect from Woolies. The only other issue I had was that the products did not state if they were halaal or not online but I think they are working on it. I really do hope that it is done quick because it makes it difficult to purchase if we do not know.
