My late Mothe

My Mother she is deceased she passed away on the 27 July 2013, a lady from homechoice called her on the 23rd August from Marketing department with the aim of telling her she had to use the money on her account since she had over paid by R1400.00 I then notified her she told me to call their head office because there is refund that is due to my Mother I called them the lady who picked up the phone was very rude saying I should have called them immediately after my Mother's death she said it was too late to claim on her account then she put down the phone I called again demanding to speak to the supervisor I was told the are all busy even the manager, the 2nd lady that picked up the phone she was assisting but no reply till today from the 23rd August, I called on Monday 0c Sept 2013 a gentleman who picked up the phone said nothing was done about this query he said he was going to escalate the matter no responce till today 11 Sept no responce, all I want to know do they want to keep the money or what? I've sent the death certificate, I D copy, Estate late account
