I wrote to you via your website about three weeks ago asking for the contact details of someone who could receive a complaint with pictures. To date there has been NO courtesy of a response.
If I go into the store in Cavendish Square I know from experience that they will stand and stare at me. If I show them the @Home branded stainless steel pan to which everything sticks and the @Home stainless steel pot whose bottom exploded and fell away from the body of the pot, what are they likely to do about it? Stare some more?
