I wanted to buy a nuk starter kit steriliser combo and when I got to the payment page, the eft payment method was not working. So I waited for them to fix the problem, which took days, if not a week. When I later went back to pay for my "in basket" items, they were removed from my basket, only to find out that that was done because the price had gone up by almost 50%. The fact that heir eft payment method was not working at the time that I wanted to pay is really not my problem, so I expected a little bit more honest customer satisfaction from their side. It's only fair that I should be allowed to pay the price I first saw on the website for the combo.
