I purchased a Stylus MP3 player on 26/08/2013, just to return it on 27/08/2013. (JOB NO 079128 Branch 1013) Transaction No CA101313025227.
After 45 min wait in the store so that someone could figure out what the problem was, I got a new memory card and was sent home.
Believe it or not, still does not work. I refuse to go back to the store again for a 45 min wait.
I asked for a refund as I do not want something that has not worked from the start. This I understand is not possible according to the repairs manager, the device has to be sent to the supplier first to try and fix it???
In store a brand new device was opened and the exact same thing happened.
