Valerie Jacobs, a registered Estate Agent, of Mkhulu Estates was appointed by me as my letting agent. When my tenants vacated my property, Valerie led me to believe that the tenant had failed to pay the outstanding rental of two months. When discussing this with the tenant, i discovered that in fact the tenants had in fact paid the outstanding rentals and that it was my letting agent that had the money. This is a complete breach of trust seeing that Valerie Jacobs is a registered Estate Agent. I have commenced with legal action.
Please steer clear of this women as she is dishonest and a complete!!!
