I ordered a camden 3 seater to be delivered to my home on Friday 30 August 2013. The couch apparently couldn't fit in the lift () and was taken back to the store. I've been in contact with Ashwin who would let me know when the couch was back in store so that I could collect. It is NINE DAYS later and the couch is still not back at the store! Am I supposed to sit on the floor for the next 2 weeks?? I want some kind of refund as this service is completely unaccapetable!
