A lady from clicks (Customer Care - I think - if you can still call it Customer Care!!!) called me soon after my last complaint and said they would source cartridges from other stores and send to the store closest to me. The store closest to me would call me once the cartridges are there!!! That is 2 weeks ago - still no one has called to notify that the cartridges have arrived. So much for the planned action.
