On Sunday 31.08.2013 my Fiance and I decided to do some shopping at Markhams Sandton, to cut a long story short, the cashier Mbuso did not ring up the shoes we had bought. Out of habit of checking my till slip I realise that the shoes where not ringed up I went back to the store to let him know, not only did we not get a simply thank you from the cashir but we had to wait for a good 10-15min for us to be assisted by him again as he had no time for us and had refered us to another cashier. I called the store on Monday to voice out my concern, and was told that the manager Nelly was off and she will get back to me on Tuesday. It is Friday today and no one has bothered to get back to me. Markhams Sandton service is ridiculous and I will no longer be purchasing from them!! I hope many will follow me.
