I bought a Babyliss Cordless Gas Styler from Clicks in Hartbeespoort early in June. Upon return to buy a refill gas cartridge I was informed that the cartridges have been DISCONTINUED and no longer available and that I should maybe try at Dischem! Clicks are however the only importers on the Babyliss product.
I submitted a complaint the Clicks Customer Services on 11 July, requesting assistance in this regard. I have, to date, not received any positive feedback as to when and where I'll be able to get refill gas cartridges.
