I have been trying to source cartridges since February 2013. In particular a T0921 the black cartridge for a CX4300 Epson printer. Not one distributor in South Africa has been able to supply one of these cartridges. In fact 2 distributors have told me repeatedly that they are unable to get ANY Epson cartridges and have been unable to get for several months.
I have tried every email on the Epson South Africa URL - not one is a valid address and all have bounced. When calling the number listed on the URL I get through to the Partserve switchboard and the lady takes my details and promises to get an Epson representative to call me. I'm still waiting!
In the future I will not be quoting on or selling any Epson products because I am unable to source cartridges for my customers nor am I able to contact the company.
