Account not closed for months

I have settled my account two months ago and I phoned on two numerous accounts for my account to be closed but I still receive statements and still getting billed.i recently received a letter stating my account has been suspended but how can that be as I closed my account. I am very unhappy because this will reflect negatively on my ITC records. I want this account closed as discussed.
