I have closed my cheque account over 3 months account I have been sending e mail to Standard bank Every single month for the last 3 months now, clearly someone is not doing their job. i am getting billed every month for an account that i have closed.
I went into the PROMENADE BRANCH TO THIS ACCOUNT
THIS ACCOUNT IS CLOSED.
STOP SENDING ME STATEMENTS.
IM REALLY GETTING P! SSED OFF NOW.
AND I DON'T OWED ANYTHING ON THIS CHEQUE ACCOUNT AFTER I CLOSED IT.
I WILL TAKE THIS MATTER FURTHER IF THIS ACCOUNT IS CLOSED EMMEDIATELY
