I have been trying to get my ITC updated since i paid up my account in may already. What more do i have to do to get this sorted out, i have called and i have emailed the the head office already and i just never get a response back from anyone. Please EDGARS sort out your finance department and get my ITC Credit report updated as soon as possible as this is ridiculous how you treat your customers. I keep getting back that my EDGARS account is in arrears knowing that i paid it in full and have the paid up letter i received from the attorneys showing this. I would really appreciate this matter to be handled as i see this happened to a few other customers as well.
