My name was blacklisted by Woolworths after I didn't pay my account. Which is fair and I recognize that this is the procedure. BUT my account has been paid in full for MORE THAN A YEAR NOW!!! and Woolworths refuses to remove my name from ITC.
In all good conscience I understand consequences... But this is a bit extreme and according to legal counsel, not considered the correct thing to do.
I don't know how to go about having Woolworths take my name off ITC, but would really appreciate if anyone can help. I have tried all avenue's but refuse to pay more money to hire a lawyer to do this just because Woolworths is being spightful and refuse to do their job.
