Blacklisted but no help from them

I want to apply for a bond but were informed by the company that my wife is blacklisted by woolworths, she received a year ago a sms from woolworths that her account is in arrears, she phoned and asked what it is about as she has not used the account for more than two years and requested the withdrew to be send indicating the transactions done that she is said to be in arrears, to date no statement was send to her, when she phoned the company the account was handed over too they stated they don't have info as woolworths withdrew it. When requesting info from woolworths no one can help you, this is now jeopardising a R 1.5 Million rand investment for me as a result of a R 750 mistake by someone, can we please get some assistance to sort this out
