On the 9th of August 2013 my husband bought me a Hallmark watch model HE8505 as a birthday present. On the 18th of August 2013 (just 9 days later) the stones came off the face of the watch and the batery was dead. I went back to the shop a few times to have these fixed and the assistant referred me to the owner or his wife. On the 2nd of September 2013 I went back again and found the owners wife and after explaining my problem she became extremely rude towards me and insisted they can not refund me for the watch as I had worn it (for 9 days) and said if I'm not happy I should contact Hallmark directly. She accused me of damanging the watch causing the stones to fall out. I feel her attitude and poor client service is bad advertisement for Hallmark, she is afterall a stockist of this product and should take pride in what products she is selling. She could have addressed this problem with the service provider (Hallmark directly) and replaced my 9 day old watch. ---- Unhappy client AE Opperman
