I have bought a couple of items online from Takealot and I am pleased to say that the service has always been superb. My most recent purchase was for a vacuum cleaner, which broke within the guarantee period. My product was replaced and the old one collected on the same day, 2 days after reporting the fault. All my transactions so far have been hassle free. These people mean business!
