APPAULING SERVICE

I placed an order with a consultant and made a payment of deposit of R1200 on the 3 July, 3 weeks later i received a letter/ statement promising my goods will be at the post office in 4 to 6 weeks i made another 1000 payment. on the 5th Aug 2013 i received an sms saying my goods are ready for collection, i then paid the balance of 1425.20 and went to the post office to get my staff, but they said they only accept proof of payment from the company. I went back to the consultant who faxed proof of payment, keep in mind that the payment method never changed and the 1st payment they had no trouble seeing it.By 5 Aug 2013, I had paid R3645.25 Iin FULL via EFT, the supplier was supposed to inform me once all payments were reflecting on her side, in order for me to collect my bedding at the post office. i tried calling on the 3 September 2013 spoke to Monica at customer care on the 5th/9/ 13 I spoke to Nicky all who promised to inform their manager to contact me, until today nothing has happened no one calls me. At this point I just want my money back, I want nothing to do with PRES LES, THE SERVICE IS DISGUSTING.
