The service is shocking

On 25 Jan we paid for 2 beds, cash upfront, we were told 10 days later we will have the beds. It is now the 12Feb and we haven't received the beds. Rushan keeps on telling me she will get back to me & she never does. If they cannot deliver they should tell me cos there's clearly another business who can do with the business.
