Incorrect Billing and Not Responding to Queries

I have made an arrangement with MBD Attorneys for an account that was in arrears. Although I stuck to the arrangement and made payment every month, I still received an sms from them every month stating that the account was not paid. And when contacting them they say that I should just ignore the sms if it was paid. But failing to inform me that I get charged for any sms or correspondence made to me with regards to the matter.

According to calculations that was made, the last payment should have been 2 months ago, so the debit order that I have setup on my online banking obviously auto deleted.

To my surprise after "The Last Payment Date" I received another sms from them stating that I failed to pay the account. So I requested (via email 9 May 2013) a DETAILED statement that reflects ALL charges from Mariana Carr to see why this account was still not paid in full. When I received no reply, I then sent a follow up email to Mariana Carr on 24 May 2013 and then I forwarded all correspondence to Mariana and [Email Removed] on 28 May 2013. And ones again requested an update today from Mariana and queries.

Please can someone help me resolve this as this is seriously ridiculous now.
