I submit this complaint on behalf of my Partner; Setshego Lucy Gopane
On the 25 August 2013 I phoned American swiss in Tubatse mall, this was to enquire the availability of the diamond earing I saw the previous week; I then visited the same store later on the 25 August 2013 (i.e. same day). The Store had a 25% discount on all the diamond items. On the same day I found diamond earing that I had interest in which were priced at R 5 999 as the original price; and the current price at R 4 499 however the store manager did not allow me to purchase the items saying the price is low.
I found this to be ridiculous as us the customers purchase items on stock based on the prices we see advertised on the display areas.
Please assist as I need to buy these items but at the displayed price, I also have pictures as taken at that date!
