I bought a engagement ring in February 2010 from American Swiss in Brooklyn Mall, after getting engaged in March not long after that one of the diamonds fell out, no problem to American Swiss they replaced the stone free of charge. On Sunday 11 August 2013 the main diamond in the ring falls out. I take it back to American Swiss in Brooklyn but unlucky for me the ring is not covered anymore so I have to purchase a new diamond. I also decided to hand in my wives bracelet I bought her for valentines day coz all the hearts fell off, so I filled in an application form on Sunday 18 August at Woodlands to open an account but havent had any feedback from them. I phone today only to be told the application was declined as I don't meet their criteria. So explain to me how my bank can approve me for a second bond but yet I get declined by a jewelery store? I actually think the application form was lost and now to try cover themselves they say it was declined, so what happened to the sms we were supposed to receive? This is ridiculous!! Number one your quality is not up to scratch and number two do you really think I would apply for an account if I couldnt afford to pay it???
