This company has been e-mailing me for 6 months now, and everytime I try and get hold of them via phone they don't answer, and via e-mail they never respond. All the while however I keep getting statements charging astronomical interest and charges for every sms and e-mail which they like to send very often - obviously because they make money. The longer they don't get back to me the more money they make - so clearly it is in their interest not to respond.
I have reported them to the NCA, and I will pursue this to the death as it is unfair that a company like this can do as they wish and we have absolutely no say or recourse as to the ILLEGAL and COMPLETE LACK OF INTEGRITY way this company conducts itself - especially for a legal firm. IT'S DISGUSTING!!!
The only way I see it is that the owners of this company have decided that this is how the company will be run and train their staff accordingly. GREED is what breeds this behaviour - I cannot believe that companies like this are allowed to get away with what they do - completely unethical. R200 interest over 9 days??? are you kidding!!!???
