Speak to Charles and Janet - usual new SA response to problems experienced by customer
EXCUSES after EXCUSES, blaming system upgrade etc

Then I get a email confirming my order which I did not place
May be I should order the book from the overseas supplier directly - will save a lot of problems dealing with incompetence suppliers
