On 25 July my order and payment for 'The Cuckoo's Calling' for R144 was accepted. On 30 July I receive an order cancellation, cancellation reason: "Out of Stock" and I was refunded. This morning (31 July) the same book is on the site for R207 and in stock. Don't sell me a product at the wrong price and then cancel the order. It's not my problem. Sort out your order from supplier process and stop advertising products incorrectly. If the supplier reneges on a commitment then the supplier or Kalahari should take the knock. I just think this is bad service. And that because you don't have your system and processes sorted.
I ordered the book from [URL Removed] instead and it cost me only R7 more (including delivery), it's in stock and I will receive it on Friday.
