Purchased 2 slabs Cadburys 90g Dairy Milk which had not been stored properly. Sent email to Kraft Foods and got immediate response from Pat Grebe, Consumer Relations Manager. This morning got personal call from her. She listened to my complaint and then offered to compensate by supplying product vouchers. This all happened in approximately 24 hours.
