IVE JUST JOINED THEM, MY FIRST TIME I TRY TO ORDER A BOOK VIA THE INTERNET. i MADE A MISTAKE. I PHONED THEM DIRECTLY AFTER THAT. I WANTED A HARD COVER BOOK AND I BY ACCIDENT ORDERED THE E BOOK. THE E BOOK HASNT BEEN DOWNLOADED YET. NOW THEY DONT WANT TO EXCHANGE MY ORDER TO THE HARD COVER BOOK AND THEY SAY THEY CANT DO IT. AND THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO CANCEL THE ORDER. WHAT TYPE OF A PLACE HAVENT GOT STRUCTURES IN PLACE TO RECTIFY THIS PROBLEM. I CANT THINK THAT THIS IS THE FIRST TIME SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAVE HAPPEND
