Waiting 12 Days for A call back

Hi,

I purchased You OMO Liquid on the 23rd August. I submitted the code through for a prize. I got an sms saying i would be contacted within 48 hours to claim my prize. I still have not been contacted and its been 12 days. I think your rewards company is doing an aweful job and making your brand look bad.

On a good note i love the OMO Liquid, it does everything promised.

Please can you have someone contct me about the prize.
