I cancelled a purchase on the 28th August and have not been refunded, when I called yesterday, 2nd September I has told it takes 7 working days, please note as per your cancellation email it will be within 5 days.
"The value of the cancelled items (as indicated above) will be refunded to your credit card within 5 days."
