Service Cancellation Diliemma

I have cancelled my service on 27 July. More than the compulsory 4 days before the debit order date as was previously communicated. On 1 August my service was still not cancelled and I called again. I was then informed that the debit order will still be processed but that I will be refunded the amount. On 11 August, I phoned again because I have still not been refunded. I spoke to a lady Called Lebogang. Apparently the refund was still waiting for approval. Today, 12 August, I am happy to say that I have been refunded. The problem is that I think Multichoice is spiteful. They paid me with a cheque, for which I have to bear the banking fees! I have spent more that 70 minutes on a cellphone to cancel may service, I am wrongfully debited with the monthly fees and now I am refunded 12 Days later with a cheque and no interest for the 12 days that Multichoice had my money. Seriously? To top it all, the above message was intended for Multichoice's self service online contact form, which do not work. I will not spend another cent of my own money on phone calls, therefore hello peter is all that remains
