I applied for a fridge on Saturday and by Monday lunch time called to find out if all is in order and was told no problem just waiting for head office and will have answer in 30 min. Tuesday I called again as no one has the decency at Greystone to call back and now am told I am not at present company for more than 6 months but on Saturday that was not a problem and I have been working FULL time for the last 12 years and only changed companies as I moved to Cape Town. Greystone is a unreliable company that has false advertising and PATHETIC NON SERVICE . Stay clear and be warned this place is not a company to trust.
