3 weeks ago we approached Greystone for a 3 x 15 wendy house. We were quoted R26 000. The add they have running in the Tygerberger quote " 5 roomed for R140p.w" Upon request an application was done and approved. We informed Fadeela that we had to move no later than 31/05/2012 according to her this would not be a problem as it would take them 2 days to errect the structure. Moving from a 2 bedroom flat we had to have no less than a 15 x 3 to put all our belongings in. Firstly they only arrived between 12 and 13pm the Wednesday with 5 boys, and left by 5pm hardly anything done only to return on Friday the same time with only 3 boys same situation left early. When I approached them the attitude started and I was passed from pillar to post. Our belongings gone. The rain came, the structure including the floor was drenched, they eventually came and put up the roof. Upon inspection the roof was not attached correctly, full of holes the panels are not attached firmly, my door does not close, my window frames are incomplete, the nails were not knocked into the frame and are visable, the wood used is full of holes and cuts. They just don"t give a dam, 2 inspectors nothing, NCCA IS THE WAY.
