I purchased 2 wendy houses from the company and paid them on Monday 4/11/2012 via eft from ABSA to ABSA and they said they would phone us on Wednesday 6/11/2012 to let me know when they would be at my house to do the job. On Thursday 7/11/2012 I had to phone and ask what is happening and was told they would be coming on Friday to do the job and it would ONLY take a day to do.
Well Friday came and they only arrived at 11h45 with the excuse that they had to go to the supplier to fetch the wood and started working. They did not finish on Friday and had to come back on Saturday to finish.
The owners son said they will be there at 9h00 on Saturday, but they only arrived at 12h00 as they struggled to get workers. I then phoned the company to speak to the owner and as of yet am still waiting for my return call.
I then spoke to the lady who is second in charge who had a very bad attitude and no customer relations and was very bluntly told that if i dont like it i can complain to the consumers board.
They only finished on Monday 11/11/2012.
