In November 2012 we approached Greystone Paving to build vibracrete, carport and car gate. From the word go the service was atrocious and no-one seemed to know what they were doing. After losing our application twice and not showing up for the first meeting three times, not even letting us know in advance, they eventually starting putting up the vibracrete. We would never know when they would arrive, sometimes arriving at 12:00 in the afternoon one day and only showing up a week later after numerous calls and complaints from us. They arranged finance through Nedbank and before they even started the job they asked us to to Nedbank and tell them the job is done so they could claim their money! we refused and luckily we did. The vibracrete had to be done over three times (outside building parameters, scew), the car gates is still no show and the carport only completed last week. They would bug us twice a month to to Nedbank, but would never show up or get back to us when they disappeared and left the job half. Shocking service, bad workmanship and asking us to to Nedbank: How they still do business and get away with it is beyond me. Nedbank should cut all ties!
