For the past 2 months, I have been told that Nu Metro Menlyn is out of stock on the proper Chilla cup lids and am given a choice of using the Chilla cup with no lid or a small Slush Puppy cup (with assurance that it is the same size) instead. I don't understand how you can have cups with no lids, especially for over 2 months (I go to the movies with my girlfriend EVERY Friday). I believe this is a cost cutting because without the lids, you do not get the full amount as advertised. The Slushi cups are also smaller than the Chilla Cups without lids. This is totally unacceptable and needs to be addressed as these are not cheap drinks and a serious case of false advertising, which goes against the CPA.
Also, since the removal of the individual flavored salt sachets, all the flavors, except for Fruit Chutney (previously availalbe in a sachet) are available at the snack bars. Please could you make this flavor available again.
