In 2012 I ordered a CNC plasma machine from CNC Solutions CC. I made certain that they gave me a quote stating exactly what I receive for my money.
First off, let me say, I have nothing personal against Mark Roell, or his technician. They're two very amiable characters. I got along with them well. However, this does not take away from the trouble their company caused me.
I ordered a specific model of machine. When it arrived, it was not the machine I ordered. Furthermore, it took the company a lot longer than it should have, to commission the machine, which I put a stop to, since I lost faith in their product and service.
I would strongly advise anybody wishing to do business with CNC Solutions (AKA CNC-STEP), to first do their homework very well, before simply ordering. I bought from them thinking that, because it's a German machine, it should be a fantastic product.
I received a refund on the machine. The problem is, a refund does not cover time lost; time spent waiting for a company to commission the machine; time spent looking for another machine; time waiting for another machine to arrive. A lot more money is lost than the initial costs involved in purchasing
