I recently purchased a pair of rear lights for a clients vehicle i order the lights from the sales consultant Thomas i was quoted R350 for the pair i told him to go ahead and order them. i then returned on saturday to collect them they were not the lights i had order the lights from him. i then took them still as i thought my client would like them they were more then the others they were R650 i paid for them and when my client seen them he did not like them i then took it back to them a few days later i then got one of the guys to order me the correct lights i was told that as soon as the lights arrive they will check the price and refund the differnce to me which was fine when i got there today to collect the lights i checked and they were the correct ones when i asked about the price i was informed by another lady that they were the same price i told her what i had been quoted and she basically told me that i was willing to pay R650 for the other set so why cant i pay the same for these i told her the price i was quoted she then told me that was the price that i will pay and she was not worried. i mean that is terrible service no matter what way you look at it
