Order still not delivered and bad attitude

I told Facebook you are simply the BEST!!
But here I am again with a complain!
On 17 Jan 2013. Order No 2204 I ordered a double bed from above Co.
They promised a 3 day. Delivery. a Lady phoned me the next day told me it is out of stock
I told her I need the bed this weekend, and they must give me a other option which they have in stock,
she promised to came back to me, since then I am emailing them everyday
but NO feedback or answer at all, phoned the support no. but does not work at all. 08601300152
