I have noticed with shock that someone have bought goods on my account to the value of R4000. I informed Edgars and I went into my branch (The Grove Mall) to dispute the sale that happened at a Boardmans in Centurion Life Style Centre.
Vusi was the manager at Boardmans Centurion Lifestyle Centre and he informed me that they do have footage of the culprit who bought on my account. I went all the way to the centurion life style centre to identify the. Unfortunately I did not know the person I saw calmly over the camera buying goods on my account. Edgars informed me that the amount was credited back to my account and I am very pleased with this. I would just like to congratulate Vusi - the manager at the Boardmans at the Centurion Life Style centre for going the extra mile! I would gladly employ him if I had the chance!
I am very happy about the refund - Im just concerned about one thing - will this be able to happen again? How can I be certain that NO ONE can buy on my account again? I have stopped the account - but seriously thinking of closing it as I feel that the security measures aren't entirely in place.
