I bought a jacket on Sunday the 25 August 2013 then I wore it on Thursday 29.08.2013. later that same day I saw that one button fell off and fortunately I realised that the others were to fall off. The jacket was taken back to the store the following Sunday. When I got there I spoke to a white lady who was asking if I washed the jacked with a washing machine and also saying that hers was worn more than a month n nothing of that nature was experienced. The other black lady came in and ask me what must they do with it, why don't I fix it myself and what do I expect them to do with it. The jacket is worth 900.00 and now I'm expected to fix it myself. The attitude from the later lady was horrible and pathetic. All I wanted was for them to fix it cause I loved it n I bought it with stains but I did not mind because that's what I wanted. So I thought since the store has potential, it also has guarantee. As a customer I deserve a respect so as others who are respected.
