On Sat 31st Aug @ 16H00, I went to PnPay in Eerste Rivier. I was coming from the ATM, having withdrawn a R1 000 cash, did my shopping & went to the till, Olwethu (cashier) helped me & she had a packer, I didnt get the name for. I left the store, when I get to where I was goin, I realised I paid with R600 & I couldnt found the rest of the money (R400) on my purse..The store closes at 17H00 on Sat, so I couldnt go bck same day to enquire. I then also realised that the 2 chicken pieces I bought which amounted to -R76 were also missing. Sun am I went bck to Pick n Pay & spoke to the Store Manager (Faik) who had a attitude! bI explained my story to him & he said "my staff hands in everything that was accidendally left by any customer, I'll go see if there was anythin" came back & told me there was nothing. I asked if they can check their cameras to see what could have happened coz this chicken appears on my slip & he took the slip from me & told me "there is no camera on Til No 8 where u paid"..He contnued to tell me "jst a reminder, it is ur duty to make sure you've got everythin before leave. I do not appreciate this kind of service at all, no Customer Service Skills whtsoeva!
