I Dec I wanted to buy a TV and Xbox special from CNA. The Brooklyn Mall branch kept the products aside for me after another store called in order to find out whether they had any in stock. They were extremely helpful and patient as it took a while for me to finalize my TV licence, they even agreed to set aside my product for pick up a day after I would have bought it.
That said, when I opened the product, the stand of my TV had no screws included. After a ordeal with the supplier (brand), I revisited CNA and they were more than happy to find the screws and keep them for me, as I could only pick them up weeks later, after the Festive Season.
I really appreciate the friendly, efficient service that I received from CNA and I would recommend this store to anyone. Thank you!
