I HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH HC FOR A YEAR, ALL ALONG THE SERVICE WAS GOOD UNTIL JULY WHEN I BOUGHT THE BEDROOM SET WHICH THE NEW INSTALMENT WAS NOW GOING TO BE R468.22 AS FROM END OF AUGUST. IN JULY I PAID MY INSTALEMENT OF R235 - AS USUAL. THE BEGINING OF AUGUST I GOTT A CALL FROM MERLE TELLING ME THT I DID NOT PAY MY INSTALMENT, I FAXED HER POP HOWEVER SHE NEVER CAME BACK TO ME TO SAY THE EROR HAS BEEN FIXED SISNCE THEY SAW THAT I PAID, HENCE EVERY DAY I RECEIVE 6 CALLS FROM DIFFERENT COONSULTANT AND I NOW HAVE TO EXPLAIN MY STORY OVER AND OVER, NOT TO MENTION THE ATTITUDE I GET FROM THE STAFF IS NOT GOOD TO ME AS THE CUSTOMER, ON THE 20TH OF AUGUST I MADE A PAYMENT OF R300.00 AND AGAIN THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT THEY DID NOT RECEIVE IT AS WELL, I ASKED WHO CAN HELP ME TO TRACE MY PAYMENTS SINCE I HAVE BEEN USING THE EFT PAYMENT ALL ALONG AND THEY CONFIRMED TO ME THAT THE ACCOUNT IS STILL THE SAME. THE FAX NUMBER I USED TO FAX ALL MY PAYMENT IS 0216801102 BUT STILL NO ONE COMED BACK TO ME. MY ACCOUNT HAS NOW ACCIMULATED ERREAS AND IS NOT MY FAULT, I AM NOT GOING TO PAY THE MONEY I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW IT GOT TO THAT AMOUNT.
