In June I obtained a rain check for a special on prawns - 2 boxes for R98.99. ( It subsequently transpired that the add was a mis- print as the prawns were R98.99 per box) The store remained out of stock so I approached the Customer Service desk on Saturday as the Rain check was expiring. Without hesitation they extended the Rain Check by a month and also referred me to the Butchery Manager for assistance as I needed to buy prawns. Imagine my surprise when, without hesitation he gave me TWO boxes of the current special offer which is for R89.99 per box for the R98.99 . Well done Pick n Pay!!!
