I have purchased Radox Shower Gel in the past and really enjoy using the product. This time, I thought I'd buy the larger, 750ml men's pump-bottle shower gel as I use it every time I shower. First shower with it and the pump mechanism didn't work. I tried to turn it and it continued turning without opening. I pressed the mechanism down and it broke, still without extruding any shower gel! I thought this was a "once-off" so I purchased another 750ml pump bottle, the plan being to use that new pump mechanism on the old bottle and then on the new one when that was finished. This new mechanism worked as it was meant to for about a week, thereafter it also broke and fell to pieces.
I think the the gel is a good product but your packaging is useless. You need to come up with a better, more robust pumping mechanism. Now I am forced to open the bottle and pour the shower gel out which defeats the purpose of using a pump bottle completely. I am curious to find out whethe
