I went to your Pep Store in JHB mARKET street, the lady that attended me Ntokozo, she did not greet me, she took the clothes and scanned them then told me how much, I asked her why she does not greet she just looked at me, I told her I was going to complain regarding the services and she just stared at me. I s this what you teach your staff to treat customers, if so is sad.
