If George Woolworths was not 25 minutes away, I would never set foot in this unfriendly branch in Mosselbay again! The cashiers only (vaguely) greet you after you greet them first, they hardly acknowledge your presence and never say thank you or even good bye. The female cashiers are grumpy and unfriendly and should really not be frontline staff at all. Their reputation is so bad, that many people who are able to would rather drive the 40km to George Woolworths. I must however commend the packing staff who work in the aisles... when they notice you they will greet or stop for a chat. Please retrain your cashiers and let them plaster a fake smile on their faces and at least greet a person.
