Attendant attitude and lack of responibility

I am so annoyed actually at the consistent bad service and attitude we receive from this cafe. I once walked in to buy a pack of cigarettes and I then asked the attendant (Onica) is she having a bad day that she is unable to greet me as a customer and this was her response "If you walk into my house and found me here why are not you able to greet me" i was so taken aback at her response that i said to her if you work in a customer service environment you always greet a customer... but the icing on the cake has to be yesterday (05/06/13) incident. i sent my staff to buy icing sugar at the store and so they were not given change due to this new machines they have in store, the staff (Onica) from urban spaza said there is nothing they can do as we need to wait for their boss. i later went there and was told the same thing, of which this is nonsense if the boss is not around there should be a manager to deal with this. i just went there to ask for my change R150 and am told that the boss will not give me my change as these machines that give out change are not his. i find this REAL ANNOYING at how this business is being run at customers expense!
